Job summary

SmartScale360 is seeking a Short Term Property Rental Specialist to support U.S.-based property management clients from a remote role in the Philippines. You will oversee daily property operations, coordinate guest needs, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in property management or vacation rentals, strong English communication, and experience with PMS platforms like Guesty or Airbnb. Remote work offers healthcare benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

1+ year in property management, property operations, or short-term/vacation rentals.
Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or short-term rental operations.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Guesty or similar PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage short-term and vacation rental properties and daily property operations.
Handle guest communication across Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, email, phone, and messaging.
Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service.
Coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and property-related requests.
Monitor property maintenance, supplies, inventory, and overall property standards.
Maintain Airbnb, Vrbo, and property listings.
Process guest refunds and track property damage claims.
Maintain SOPs, property records, reports, and operational documentation.
