Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC, a Teleperformance company, is seeking a Recertification Specialist based in the Philippines to provide remote administrative and compliance support for U.S.-based affordable housing operations.

You will handle applications, lease renewals, recertifications, and related documentation while coordinating with U.S. teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, independent work, and familiarity with housing compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of housing compliance (HUD Section 8, LIHTC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process applications, lease renewals, recertifications and related documents accurately and on time.
• Support affordable housing compliance requirements and regulatory documentation.
• Review resident/applicant documentation for completeness before processing.
• Maintain resident and compliance data in property management systems.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management teams.
• Track documentation deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Assist with basic accounting-related administrative tasks as needed.
