Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a Recertification Specialist in the Philippines to support U.S.-based affordable housing operations remotely. You will process applications, renewals, and certifications, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data entry.

The role requires meticulous attention to documentation, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, real estate admin, lease administration or housing compliance.
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; fluent English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Willingness to align hours with U.S. business operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process applications, lease renewals, recertifications, and related docs within required timelines.
• Support HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and other housing compliance requirements.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Enter data accurately and maintain resident and compliance records in PM systems.
• Maintain organized electronic records and generate regular reports.
• Track deadlines, renewals, and recertification requirements; follow up as needed.
• Communicate status updates and discrepancies to internal teams.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to resolve processing issues.
• Assist with lease-related and compliance documentation administration.
• Support basic accounting tasks related to receivables or property data.
