Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a Ledger Specialist to support our Property Management Operations team in the Philippines. You will maintain resident ledgers, handle rent charges, subsidies, and certifications, and ensure compliance with housing program requirements.

The role requires experience with HUD 50059, LIHTC, and hands-on use of Yardi/RealPage. You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations, preferably Affordable Housing.
• Working knowledge of HUD 50059 and LIHTC/Tax Credit programs.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi and RealPage for resident ledgers and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail when working with financial records.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain resident ledgers, including rent charges, subsidy allocations, payments, and adjustments.
• Review HUD 50059 certifications and LIHTC transactions for errors and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, subsidy, and ledger-related issues.
• Process ledger corrections and supporting docs using Yardi, RealPage, and FreshService.
• Assist with month-end close activities and resolve outstanding ledger issues promptly.
• Support HUD repayment agreements, voucher processing, and special claims documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research complex account issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow established processes for financial and compliance-related activities.
