Wing Assistant is seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Part-time) to support a Canadian/Ontario real estate client from a remote location in the Philippines. The role focuses on transaction coordination, listing management, client communications, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have Ontario real estate experience, excellent organization and communication skills, and comfort with MLS Realm and DocuLoop systems.

Qualifications

• Canadian/Ontario real estate experience is required.
• Experience with transaction coordination and listing management.
• Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transactions from listing to closing.
• Prepare listings and upload to MLS (Realm system).
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email and follow up.
• Manage documents in DocuLoop and handle back-office tasks.
• Schedule showings and appointments.
• Support marketing: Facebook posts and property flyers.
• Coordinate with agents and manage receipts.
