Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certified course in business-related programs.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in CRM and MLS software.
• Proficient in property management software (Appfolio, Buildium).
• Content writing or copywriting experience.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal (B2+).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage listings and answer customer inquiries, concerns and documentation.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various sources.
• Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers and sellers in the CRM.
• Coordinate listings, staging, repairs, open houses and promotional activities.
• Gather market insights and locate amenities to assist client choices.
• Set appointments between buyers, sellers, brokers and agents.
• Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.
