Qualifications

• Canadian/Ontario real estate experience (required).
• Experience with transaction coordination and listing management.
• Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transactions from listing to closing.
• Prepare listings and upload to MLS (Realm system).
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email.
• Manage DocuLoop document files.
• Schedule showings and appointments.
• Support marketing: Facebook posts and property flyers.
• Coordinate with agents.
• Upload receipts; handle admin tasks.
• Manage RECO Ontario forms.
