Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Real Estate Specialist to manage transactions from accepted offer through closing, including MLS listings, DocuSign, and compliance. This remote role requires strong organization and the ability to move multiple files toward timelines and deadlines.

You will work with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and inspectors to keep deals compliant and on schedule, with hands-on experience across MLS platforms and transaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate transaction coordination or related roles.
• Experience managing transactions from contract through closing.
• Proficiency with MLS platforms and DocuSign.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 5–15 active real estate transactions concurrently.
• From accepted offer through closing, manage timelines and contingencies.
• Create and maintain transaction checklists and timelines.
• Coordinate with escrow/title, lenders, inspectors, and brokers.
• Schedule inspections and appraisals and monitor deadlines.
• Ensure documents are complete and audit-ready.
