Responsibilities

• Lender Communication: act as primary point of contact with lending partners and maintain updates throughout the loan life cycle.
• Loan Pipeline Management: monitor active files, update statuses, and identify missing documents or delays.
• Internal Coordination: gather documentation, respond to underwriting conditions, and submit packages on time.
• Documentation & File Management: organize complete loan files and maintain CRM records.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and suggest standardized procedures for lender communication.
