Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support US-based agents from the Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end real estate transactions, coordinate with escrow and title companies, and maintain accurate records in MLS, Dotloop, and Skyslope.

Strong English communication and US market knowledge are essential. You will manage timelines, prepare contracts, disclosures, and closing documents, while updating clients and stakeholders with regular status reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Real Estate VA or transaction coordination.
• Strong knowledge of US real estate processes and terminology.
• Experience handling escrow transactions.
• Proficient with MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end real estate transactions with all parties aligned.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines, and closing dates.
• Prepare and organize contracts, disclosures, and addenda.
• Maintain records in transaction management platforms.
• Coordinate with escrow officers and title companies.
• Prepare escrow instructions and closing disclosures.
• Ensure documentation submitted on time.
• Draft regular transaction updates and status reports.
• Manage CRM contacts, notes, and communications.
• Create and update MLS listings with details.
• Conduct CMA and research property data.
• Monitor market activity affecting transactions.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Schedule showings, inspections, and walkthroughs.
• Assist with social media or marketing materials as needed.
• Track agent productivity and deal pipelines.
