Uptalent.Io is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant to support US real estate and property management projects from the Philippines. Role involves QuickBooks-based bookkeeping for six entities, cash flow tracking, and accounts payable management.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, a background in real estate finance, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Google Sheets. Remote work with flexible hours and potential tax assistance may be included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Experience with remote work for U.S. firms preferred.
• Background in real estate asset management or real estate investment firms.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
• Strong cash flow management, A/P reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with construction cost tracking and development projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records across six entities in QuickBooks.
• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow reports and A/P reports by entity.
• Import 3rd party management reports and reconcile cash in Google Sheets.
• Prepare month-end financial reports by the 5th of each month.
• Assist with construction cost tracking and auditing construction draws.
• Collaborate in weekly calls on project-level activities.
