Qualifications

• At least four years of dedicated professional Accounting or Corporate Bookkeeping experience.
• At least two years of experience in a global remote environment for North America.
• Experience in Real Estate Accounting (security deposits, depreciation, capital improvements).
• Proficient in QuickBooks to run multi-account, clean company files.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to clarify anomalies with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex monthly reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and AP/AR.
• Systematically match internal records with bank and credit card statements for accuracy.
• Ensure financial integrity by auditing discrepancies and aligning ledger with source docs.
• Oversee AP/AR processing and supervise the in-house bookkeeper on transactions and aging.
• Generate monthly property-level financial reports and explain variances to management.
