Job summary

RecruitGo, a leading Employer of Record, seeks a US Bookkeeper in the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, process invoices, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online for multiple client accounts. A strong eye for detail and timely reporting are essential.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with US-based clients and internal staff. The role involves monthly reports and year-end tax preparation during peak season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/math or related field.
• Minimum 3 years US bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions for multiple client accounts monthly using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements within 5 business days.
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports (balance sheet, income statement).
• Enter and verify data to ensure accuracy of client reporting.
• Organize client documents for audits and compliance.
• Prepare tax returns during peak season (as applicable).
• Communicate with clients and senior staff to deliver timely information.
