Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations (as needed).
• Collaborate with management and/or accountants to support financial decision-making.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of financial documentation.
