KMC Solutions is hiring a FIELD SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to own the end-to-end sales cycle for a portfolio of Small Business accounts. You’ll prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close, positioning UCaaS and AI-powered solutions with clear customer value.

Remote-by-default role in the Philippines, with a fast-paced SaaS sales environment, disciplined pipeline management, and a bias for results. You’ll collaborate with teammates to refine messaging and win as a team.

Qualifications

• UCaaS sales experience with voice, video, chat, or contact center offerings.
• Familiarity with AI-driven selling tools and use in outreach/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned Small Business accounts—from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene.
