Job summary

KMC Solutions in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an experienced UCaaS Engineer to lead Zoom Phone deployments and CCaaS configurations for a growing customer base. You will handle MACs, provide Tier 2/3 support, and ensure smooth communications across time zones.

Strong English communication and hands-on Zoom expertise are essential as you design, implement, and document solutions, and maintain runbooks and runbooks for SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing Zoom Phone in production environments.
• Experience configuring Zoom CCaaS.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Solid knowledge of VoIP fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and configure Zoom Phone deployments, including setups and routing.
• Design and configure Zoom Contact Center environments (queues, IVR, routing).
• Administer Zoom Meetings, Rooms, and related components.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Zoom customers.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Handle MACs and manage tickets in the service system to meet SLAs.
• Escalate issues to Zoom support and drive resolution.
