Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist to work remotely in the Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions, analyze data, and support QA processes to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.

You will assist with SOP development, QA documentation, and periodic calibration sessions across departments, while maintaining flexibility for on-site, off-site, or remote work as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience preferred.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and manipulate data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs and customer interactions to improve performance.
• Review and evaluate procedures across communication channels.
• Coordinate audits and reporting of results.
• Support SOPs and QA documentation development.
• Assist with quality reports and training materials.
• Flexibility to perform on-site, off-site, or remote tasks as needed.
