Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist to work remotely in the Philippines.

You will evaluate customer interactions to improve experience and satisfaction, analyzing data to guide performance training and ensuring adherence to client requirements and policies. You will support QA efforts, assist in SOP development, and participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs for operations, such as outgoing correspondence and external survey results.
• Review and evaluate customer service interactions across channels.
• Coordinate logistics and conduct related audits, including sample selection and reporting.
• Calibrate evaluation processes with the Customer Service department to ensure consistency.
• Assist with SOPs, QA documentation, and quality recognition programs.
• Analyze quality reports and develop reports as needed.
• Work flexibly on-site, off-site, or remote as business needs dictate.
