Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.
• Review operational procedures and customer service interactions across channels; assist with audits and reporting.
• Coordinate audits, calibrations, and quality-related documentation; support development of SOPs and quality forms.
