Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.
• Analyze spreadsheets to identify patterns and guide performance training.
• Ensure proper information is conveyed to customers while adhering to client requirements and policies.
• Audit KPIs and assist with SOPs, QSDD, and quality-recognition programs.
• Assist with quality reports and data analysis in agreed formats; develop reports when needed.
• Perform special projects such as developing or delivering new training.
• Flexibility to perform on-site, off-site, or remote as business needs dictate.
