Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Specialist, Quality Assurance to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions, analyze data patterns, and help improve customer experience and satisfaction scores across channels.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve CX and satisfaction scores.
• Ensure proper information is provided to customers and analyze patterns to guide performance training.
• Report to QA Team Lead and contribute to team success.
• Assist with SOPs, QSDD, quality forms, and quality recognition programs.
• Develop reports and analyze quality data as needed.
• Be flexible to perform on-site, off-site, or remote based on business needs.
