Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions to improve experience and satisfaction scores, and report to the QA Team Lead.

You will audit KPIs, review procedures across channels, coordinate audits, and help develop SOPs and quality forms. Work may be on-site, off-site, or remote as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs and review customer interactions to boost performance.
• Evaluate procedures across channels and process service requests.
• Coordinate audits and report results.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Assist with SOPs, QSDD, forms and quality recognition programs.
• Analyze quality data and develop reports as needed.
• Contribute to special projects, including training development.
• Flexibility to work on-site, off-site, or remote as needed.
