Job summary

Scale Talent Management is seeking a Quality Assurance Operator to maintain daily operational quality of model activities and ensure agency standards are met.

You will monitor checklists, verify processes, and report deviations, supporting cross-department collaboration and data-driven improvements.

This remote role offers exposure to multiple teams and opportunities to grow within the QA pathway.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, quality control, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to report findings clearly and professionally.
• Organised and reliable, capable of managing multiple daily reports across departments.
• Proficient in Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify daily marketing and streaming checklists for accuracy.
• Ensure models' pre-stream and post-stream processes follow SOPs.
• Track live stream performance quality and note irregularities.
• Prepare and submit daily QA checklists and performance summaries.
• Log quality observations and improvement notes in the QA system.
• Support cross-department collaboration to share performance insights.
