Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist for a fully remote role from Mexico. You will act as the QA checkpoint across healthcare creatives, ensuring MLR compliance, brand integrity, and copy accuracy before client reviews.

You will manage Veeva Vault PromoMats operations, annotations, and submission tracking, while supporting the creative workflow with trackers and stakeholder feedback coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with exposure to MLR workflows.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 including fair balance and 2253 filings.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review assets for MLR regulatory compliance before client reviews.
• Own Veeva PromoMats workflow — annotating, claims management, submission tracking.
• Support creative production by maintaining trackers and coordinating feedback with stakeholders.
