Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Quality, or Data/Engineering.
• 2+ years in quality/ops with hands‑on QA and workforce/training coordination.
• 1+ years leading people or pods (formal or informal).
• Strong multi‑project planning and governance participation.
• Clear client communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with data annotation platforms and QA concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns client‑specific quality programs, performance metrics, and escalations with cross‑functional coordination.
• Set QA strategies (sampling design, audit methods, thresholds) and adapt to scope/volume changes.
• Run root‑cause analyses and drive CAPA plans with owners and timelines.
• Plan training and certification for raters/annotators and coordinators; track impact.
• Maintain dashboards and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage client escalations; present options and recovery paths.
• Standardize SOPs, templates, and checklists to remove bottlenecks.
• Pilot automations with Ops Tech; scale successful wins.
• Coach junior staff on tools, workflows, and QA craft.
• Ensure compliance/security across data handling and platform access.
