Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a detailed Quality Assurance Analyst to join our remote team. You will design and execute test plans, perform functional and regression testing, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality software before release.

You will use test management and defect tracking tools, contribute to automation where possible, and help improve QA processes in a fast-paced environment. We value meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects across the product.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality.
• Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Monitor testing progress and report results to stakeholders.
