Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a remote IT Quality Assurance professional to monitor and improve IT systems per MAG standards and regulations. You will perform detailed tests, develop automated scripts, and conduct expert audits while collaborating with IT Devs to add value for end users.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA or audit, strong QA knowledge, and experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms and web technologies. Positions operate on EST schedule in a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT quality assurance or audit roles.
• Strong QA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Zapier, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API integration.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or similar).
• Experience with testing techniques and defect-tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and ensure they align with MAG standards.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues.
• Collaborate with IT Devs to improve QA processes.
• Create templates to improve QA efficiency across the org.
• Coordinate independent test cases for new applications/systems.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Monitor QA activities and report progress to IT Team Lead.
