SMDigital-PH is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to support remote QA for our call center and BPO operations. You will monitor calls, emails, and chat interactions, evaluate performance against standards, and provide actionable feedback to teammates and team leads.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA, are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote setup. We offer remote full-time employment with WFH support and competitive benefits in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in call centers or BPO environments.
• Detail-oriented with a precise, careful approach.
• Confident, empathetic communicator who provides uplifting feedback.

• Familiar with QA tools, scorecards, and calibration processes.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and a focus on consistency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
• Evaluate teammate performance against quality standards and guidelines.
• Assess demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service delivery, and compliance.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to teammates and team leads.
• Identify trends, flag recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with operations and leadership to continually raise standards.
