Job summary

Delegate CX seeks a Home-Based Category Merchant Coordinator to assist the Merchant team with supplier and product details, pricing, and presentations. The role requires strong English communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work overnight US hours from the Philippines.

You will support RFP sourcing, coordinate supplier webinars, and manage information flow with SharePoint and presentation decks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel for sourcing/pricing data.
• Able to work overnight or US-hours shifts.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchants with administrative tasks related to suppliers and product details.
• Support RFP Market Basket item sourcing & pricing using Excel and provided specs.
• Provide follow-up information on pricing, images, and access details.
• Coordinate and manage supplier webinars; invite Merchant team and upload to SharePoint.
• Source product details for presentations and for discontinued items.
• Coordinate with shared services to own or follow-through on tasks.
