Cloudstaff is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to work from home in the Philippines. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating with Accounts Payable, and ensuring accuracy of financial documentation. The ideal candidate will have a BS/Ba in accounting or finance, excellent organizational skills, and detailed experience with Simpro and project management tools. Mansioni

• Manage PO inboxes and create purchase orders.
• Edit and update purchase orders as per supplier invoices.
• Coordinate closely with the Accounts Payable officer.
