Job summary

OPTIMAL Unlimited is a property management support company serving North American investors and managers. The Virtual Property Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of properties, stay organized, and manage tasks as if you were the owner, with honesty and respect.

You will handle tenant relationships, onboarding new properties, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, and vendor management while supporting social media presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized and manages time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Build and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• New Client Onboarding: Set up properties in client software and inform owners.
• Lease Renewals: Track renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Maintenance: Oversee vendors and ensure completion and billing.
• Tenant Management: Manage move-ins/outs, rent collection, notices, enforcement.
• Social Media Management: Assist in creating and posting content.
