Job summary

OPTIMAL PH is hiring a Virtual Property Manager to remotely manage a portfolio of properties for US-based clients. You will own tasks, stay organized, and treat clients with honesty and respect as you support back-office operations and vendor management.

The ideal candidate is organized, assertive, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to grow in real estate investment knowledge while working with a team in a fully remote setup. Schedule aligns with CST hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably BPO).
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Onboard new properties in client software platforms and inform property owners.
• Track lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Oversee maintenance: assign work, obtain approvals, ensure billing.
• Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, notices, and lease enforcement.
• Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
