Job summary

OPTIMAL is seeking a Virtual Property Manager to own a portfolio of properties, staying organized and delivering service as if you were the owner. You will manage onboarding, renewals, tenant relations, and vendor oversight for US-based clients, while maintaining honesty and respect in all interactions.

This 100% remote independent contractor role offers CST-aligned scheduling, weekends off, PTO, holidays, and supportive team guidance as needed, enabling growth in real estate back-office

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong ownership of deliverables.
• Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Set up new properties in client software platforms and inform property owners.
• Track and manage lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
• Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approvals, and ensure timely completion and billing.
• Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, notices, lease enforcement, and move-out processes.
• Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms as needed.
• Support various business aspects and help refine processes and brainstorm improvements.
