Job summary

Scale Virtually LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager VA based in the Philippines to support day-to-day operations of a commercial property for Indianapolis properties. The role is fully remote with emphasis on independent work, timely follow-ups, and clear communication via video calls when needed.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, and document workflows, coordinate with tenants, vendors, architects, and the property team, and track items to completion without daily task lists.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in property management
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Excellent proficiency in AppFolio
• Ability to manage multiple property-management tasks
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining vacancy and lease documents
• Ability to work independently in a remote async environment
• Communicate early when an issue is blocked or needs escalation
• Comfort working across leasing, maintenance, and document-management tasks

Responsibilities

• Property Marketing and Vacancy Updates—keep vacancies current on marketing channels and internal records.
• Leasing Support—screen applications, gather information, and coordinate documents.
• Maintenance and Work Order Management—track requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely updates.
• Document Control—standardize formats and keep documents organized and accessible.
• Tenant Concierge—address tenant/guest requests and coordinate events and building access.
