Qualifications
- TerTiary qualification in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Law.
- Minimum 2–7+ years in commercial real estate, investment, advisory, asset management, banking, or agency environments.
- Strong MS Excel skills with evidence of building, auditing, and stress-testing financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal English; able to produce professional reports and memorandums.
- Strong commercial judgement and disciplined workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Build and stress-test cash flow, IRR, and valuation models in Excel.
- Conduct market research with comparable sales and rental analysis.
- Review leases, rent rolls, valuations, contracts to identify risks.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, environmental, and financial advisors.
