Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a Property Valuation Assistant to support its Australian valuation team from the Philippines. This 100% remote, full-time role involves drafting desktop valuation reports for commercial, rural, and residential properties using templates provided by certified Australian valuers.

You will research property data, analyze market metrics, ensure data quality, and liaise with valuers to meet tight deadlines. Strong Excel/Word skills and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property, real estate, valuation support, or related field.
• Familiarity with Australian property research or RPData/CoreLogic is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities and comfort with templates and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Draft desktop valuation reports for commercial, rural, and residential properties in Australia.
• Prepare comparable-sales and rental schedules and analyze land/building metrics.
• Investigate property sales history, yields, capitalization rates, and maintain research records.
• Format, proofread, and check data accuracy; identify data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Communicate findings clearly to Australian Valuers and manage multiple assignments.
