Company, a Western Australia-based independent mortgage brokerage, seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to manage end-to-end loan analysis for Australian mortgage applications. The role is 100% remote under an Independent Contractor Agreement, with AU business hours alignment.

You will review financials, assess serviceability, and prepare clear credit recommendations, coordinating with onshore brokers to maximize lender fit and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Australian mortgage broking experience in a Credit Analyst or Senior Broker Support role.
• Deep knowledge of Australian lending policies and guidelines.
• Experience assessing complex borrower types including Self-employed, Company & Trust, SMSF, refinancing, and investment lending.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex residential lending scenarios across diverse portfolios.
• Review tax returns, financial statements, BAS, payslips, and supporting docs.
• Analyze serviceability, liabilities, living expenses, and credit history to identify policy risks.
