Job summary

D2B is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports and forecasts, and support decision-making with accurate insights.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, proficiency with Xero/MYOB, and experience with Australian or New Zealand accounts. Strong modeling, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analyses, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CFA (Level I or above) is highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand accounts or firms is required
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is mandatory
• Experience with Syft, Re-Leased, or Notion is a significant advantage
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics is a plus
• Proven experience in financial forecasting and expert-level financial modeling, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools
• Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed
