Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Property Research & Assistant to support a leading Buyers Agency in Australia.

This role covers data gathering, market analysis, CRM updates in Monday.com, and administrative support for Buyers Agents handling industrial, retail, and office properties. Candidates should have strong English, real estate knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Australian property markets.

Qualifications

Strong English communication (verbal and written).
Experience in real estate, valuation, or property analysis (commercial preferred).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for comparisons and PowerPoint for reports.
Strong research and analytical skills, highly detail-oriented.
Proactive, fast learner, and tech-savvy.
Familiarity with Australian property market.
Property-related degree or coursework in Real Estate, Finance, or Market Analysis.
Knowledge of CRM platforms and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Research and data management for commercial properties (Industrial, Retail, Office).
Collect lease and sales comparable data from online sources and agents.
Develop deal summaries for client presentations.
CRM updates in Monday.com; maintain organized property folders.
Prepare and send agency documents and manage post-sale tasks.
Create market reports and PPT summaries with charts and tables.
