• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer support, operations, or admin work.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms and CSV data handling.
• Must have a working laptop/internet and backup connection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send lead files via CSV uploads, templates, or platform submissions.
• Monitor lead status, QA, and delivery timelines; flag issues.
• Update records in Salesforce and internal tools; test new integrations.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to support daily operations.
