Job summary

Extenteam is hiring a Service Coordinator – Team Leader to coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with the development team and vendors to ensure requirements, deliverables, and goals are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in service/project coordination or leadership, resides in the Philippines, and can lead a team while managing multiple priorities. This is a 100% remote role with competitive salary, HMO, and strong focus on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in service coordination, project coordination, project management, or team leadership.
• Previous Team Leader or people management experience is preferred.
• Experience in multifamily/residential property management and/or energy/utilities companies is a major plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives through successful completion.
• Lead and provide guidance to team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Communicate project requirements and needs to the development team.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate regularly with third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve business results.
• Provide project updates and communicate issues or recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
