Job summary

Cessleigh is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to oversee Australian commercial/industrial builds from the Philippines, aligning with AU business hours. You’ll manage pre-construction design, procurement, and program delivery, interfacing with AU directors and trade partners.

You will lead design reviews, bid packages, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with BCA/NCC, DA/CDC, and AS 4000/AS 4902, while tracking budgets and milestones across projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on project management on Australian commercial or industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, DA/CDC conditions, certifier requirements.
• Experience administering Australian standard subcontracts (AS 4000, AS 4902).
• Proficient with MS Project or Primavera and management platforms Procore/PlanRadar/Fieldwire.
• Excellent written and spoken English with AU directors, consultants, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead external AU consultant teams from initial concept through CC and review constructability.
• Draft detailed trade tender packages, level bids, and negotiate subcontracts (AS 4000/AS 4902).
• Update and track Master Construction Program, coordinate inspections, support RFIs and revisions.
• Own budget tracking, review subcontractor progress claims, manage variations and EOTs.
• Coordinate OC sign-offs, track defect remediation, and compile O&M close-out packages.
