Job summary

Outsource Access is a remote-first team supporting residential construction projects from the Philippines. You will set up project profiles in Buildertrend, manage drawing logs, and maintain organized workflows so field teams have instant access to accurate project files.

You will translate schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend, track daily progress, and prepare RFIs and submittals to prevent downtime. Strong English communication and disciplined admin skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of residential construction phases and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage RFIs and schedule items.
• Experience coordinating between project managers, field teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Set up project profiles in Buildertrend and maintain organized workflows so field teams have instant access to accurate project files.
• Translate master project schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend, reflecting real-time field progress.
• Proactively compile RFIs, assemble submittal packages, and track material selections to prevent downtime.
• Audit daily logs and verify invoices against completed schedule phases to protect operational integrity.
