You will oversee financials, vendor coordination, and back‑end documentation using BuilderTrend and Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across all stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring strong written English, exceptional organization, and proactive communication with customers, contractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written English for coordinating with customers, contractors, and field teams.
• High attention to detail to catch discrepancies in POs, accounting data, and profit margins.
• Excellent organizational skills to track unapproved bids and floating items.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: own 30–50 projects from start to finish.
• Financial & Administrative Operations: use Excel to calculate percentages and margins; manage POs.
• Inbox & Communication Management: monitor multiple email inboxes and builder trend notifications.
• Proactive Follow-Ups & Documentation: document every action in BuilderTrend and follow up within 48–72 hours.
