Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to use Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Adobe for billing processes.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with Adobe products, databases, and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer account setup per billing standards.
• Capture billing details in MIS from contracts, POs, and terms.
• Prepare and submit invoices across multiple billing portals.
• Maintain clear communication with project accountant team lead and CSM/FSR teams.
• Process transfers and ensure proper approvals with auditable trails.
• Support billing and collections coordination with project accounting leads.
