Job summary

OutForce Inc. is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to support financial health by managing accounts receivable and driving collections. You will deliver regular financial reporting and analysis to assist decision making while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role combines AR duties with data insight, requiring Excel proficiency and ERP experience. This is a remote position aligned with AU business hours, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for team engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience with reconciliations, collections and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular accounts receivable and debtor performance reports.
• Monitor debtor activity, DSO, payment trends and collections performance.
• Prepare cashflow forecast schedules based on customer activity.
• Extract and compile datasets from SAP, Vend and other systems for reporting.
• Review customer data to identify trends and escalate findings.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial reporting data.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and data cleansing.
