Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relocation experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel; VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and global client pre-assignment initiatives and reporting needs.
• Filter and triage shared mailbox to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and cost estimates.
