Job summary

Sirva is seeking an International Move Consultant based in the Philippines to coordinate relocations and support employees during moves. The role follows an initial onsite training period with a hybrid work arrangement and work-from-home flexibility.

You will manage the movement of household goods, guide assignees through the relocation process, and liaise with global agents to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of industry/freight forwarding experience or 3 years of related customer service experience.
• Basic geographical knowledge an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills: understanding revenue, expense margins, basic math.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver move logistics, pricing, and details to ensure smooth relocation projects.
• Maintain high customer service levels as primary contact for transferees and accounts.
• Communicate with overseas agents, steamship lines, port brokers, and trucking partners to manage shipments.
• Support billing, accounts payable/receivable, and documentation for each move.
