Qualifications

Two years direct relocation experience or three years related customer service experience.
Knowledge of international assignment management and global business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to work as part of a team while being self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of assignment management services including policy counseling and immigration.
Interpret client policies and advise assignees based on needs and country requirements.
Provide ongoing consultation to assignees during the assignment length.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth assignee experience.
Manage communication with Global Certified Providers and ensure service quality.
