Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of freight forwarding experience or 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong analytical and data-based problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, pricing, move details and resolve process glitches.
• Serve as primary contact for moving aspects of employee relocations.
• Communicate with overseas movers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain high customer service levels and meet KPI targets.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and billing-related tasks.
• Identify improvements and work with management to implement them.
